Custom
Multiple accounts, custom formats, specific reporting requirements.
No subscription can be purchased today, and no page will ask you for a card for one.
These mean different things and we never mix them. It matters, because only the last one produces a fee.

| Verified potential recovery | What we believe is contestable, after a person on our team reviewed it. An opinion, not money. |
| Submitted | What we actually claimed from your carrier. |
| Approved by carrier | What the carrier said it would credit. Not money you have yet. |
| Confirmed recovery | A credit that actually appeared on your carrier account. This is the only figure a fee is ever calculated on. |
