Refund and Cancellation Policy
Version 2.0 · Effective 2026-08-12 · [LEGAL ENTITY — TO BE DETERMINED] ("ShipOverpay", "we", "us")

Nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. Ask us to delete an uploaded invoice at any time.
2. Detailed report
The report is delivered immediately on payment, so it is not returnable in the ordinary sense. We will refund in full when:
- the report was sold in error — for example it turned out to contain no confirmed recoverable finding;
- you were charged twice for the same report;
- the report could not be delivered or downloaded and we could not fix it;
- a finding in it was materially wrong because of an error on our side.
We will not normally refund because a carrier declined a dispute. A carrier saying no does not mean the finding was wrong, and the report is the analysis, not the outcome.
If you think a report was worth less than you paid, write to us anyway. We would rather resolve it than have it become a chargeback.
3. Recovery fee
The fee is charged only after a credit is confirmed on your account. We refund a fee when:
- the fee was calculated on the wrong amount;
- the carrier later reverses the credit that the fee was based on;
- the fee was charged on a case you had validly withdrawn before submission.
We do not refund because a recovery took longer than you expected, or because the credited amount was smaller than the amount claimed — the fee already follows the smaller number.
4. Cancelling a recovery
You may withdraw an authorization before the claim is submitted, at no cost. Once submitted, the claim is with the carrier and cannot be recalled; see the Recovery Authorization, section 7.
5. Subscriptions
None are sold today. When they are, cancellation terms will be published here before they are available for purchase.
6. How to ask
support@shipoverpay.com with the report number or case number. We aim to answer within two business days.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank, tell us as well. We will provide the record of what was confirmed, when, and what you agreed to. A chargeback filed without contacting us costs both of us more than an email would have.
