Founding 100 Terms
Version 2.0 · Effective 2026-08-12 · [LEGAL ENTITY — TO BE DETERMINED] ("ShipOverpay", "we", "us")
1. What the programme is
The first hundred businesses we invite get the product with no recovery fee, in exchange for using it seriously and telling us the truth about it.
2. Eligibility
We invite businesses that ship parcels in the United States with UPS, FedEx, DHL Express or USPS, spend roughly $5,000 a month or more on shipping, and can export their own carrier billing file. Applying does not entitle you to a seat; we decide, and we tell you either way.
3. What you get
- Recovery fee: 0%. When we recover money for you, you keep all of it.
- Detailed reports included, at no charge.
- Direct access to the team building the product.
4. What we ask
- Upload real invoices.
- Tell us when something is wrong, unclear or missing.
- Let us use anonymized characteristics of your invoice formats to improve parsing and rules.
None of this is a paid engagement in either direction. You owe us nothing; we owe you no minimum volume of findings.
5. No guarantee
Being a founding member does not guarantee that we will find billing errors on your invoices, that a carrier will credit anything, or that any particular amount will be recovered.
6. Your name stays yours
We will not name you publicly, use your logo, quote you, or describe your business identifiably without your separate written permission. Membership in this programme is not that permission. If we ask for a case study or a testimonial, you are free to say no and it changes nothing about your terms.
7. Duration and changes
Founding terms apply to your account for as long as the programme runs. We may close the programme to new members at any time, and we may end it — but a recovery already authorized keeps the 0% rate recorded on its authorization, and we will give existing members reasonable notice before any change to their ongoing terms.
8. Ending your participation
Either side may stop at any time. You keep every report and every recovery already made, and you owe nothing.
9. Confidentiality
We treat your invoices as confidential exactly as we do for any customer; see the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
